Is there an easy way for me to convert a CS model to DoD?

Like say, replace my webley with a desert eagle or my garand with an AK47?

#1 has this been done before - and is there some site with conversions ( I searched in google and this forum and couldn't find much)

#2 if I wanted to do this myself, what programs would I need to do it, and would it require any sort of special tweaks or altering to work?

#3 Could someone do this for me? I'd appreciate it because I have no clue as to modeling or anything of the sort. :(

You want Milkshape 3D. Look for some converting tutorials. This kind of thing has been written before and I'm not about to rewrite it all myself. Sometimes, you'll have to go to other forums for tutorials. Check other popular half-life mod forums.

welp i tweak around the only prob i see is the reloading when it insert bullets it only insert one bullet eventhough u wasted more than one bullet... that is prob a cs thangs since in cs when u reload it stick in the ammout of bullet u wasted.... if i were u put this model to the request section and c if any animator can fix the reloading insert ammo,also request for axis/brit sleeves,the stabing with byo with shotgun shows the shotgun idle so if u can request some1 to animating some butting action..

I think...trixter already has one. In that colt video he released where he aims at the guy's head and it misses his colt is a deagle. So you could ask him
