Gah. Stop being so god damn apocolyptic. Everyone's leaving and getting so down about the community decline but there's no one to blame but those who act that way.

Not everything has been done and there's still time before HL2 (and there could be alot more time than you think because of distribution issues and the fact nothing has even started shipping yet)

So keep it coming, keep it going.

HL2 aint gonna make the slightest bit of difference to me to be honest.

i mean yeah I'll probally learn the new HL2 modelling stuff and mabye work on some models for different HL2 mods but im still gonna be here making stuff.

I've only really jus learnt all the HL1 stuff so I'll be damned if i jus throw it all away to learn some other stuff lol

Once a DoDer always a DoDer lol

i totally agree.. im one of the few members here, who is active in skinning and crap like that from the old forums.. anyways, just because there MIGHT not be a DOD2, or you think the DOD community is coming to an end, doesent mean there arnt any other great war mods out there. besides people will still be playing DOD even after the release of HL2. its the best low end WW2 game evar.
