Check out this Brand New Garand from Springfield Armory.

I think the light color wood and dark metal look good together. Would someone be willing to mesh and skin a Garand to look like this?

I found the perfect wood texture. I was thinking of using the mesh from Dillingers Garand since its setup so you can simply lay a wood texture over it with metal bits in certain places. I tried it myself but I couldn’t get it to convert to 256 colors with out seriously F*ing it up.
Could some one help? Please.

Here is the texture.

Alright. Where should I send it? I also did a darkened version of that wood which looks more war era. Could you fix up that one too?

Also how do I go about getting things hosted on websites like DOD EC or DOD Supply?

Grain - that looks pretty good. It would look even better if you added some shading and light to it.
