yah, its the rainbow killer :)

here is my final (so far)

One or two details I improvised, but other than that, this gun, to me, is decently accurate, if anyone wants the reference picture i used, i can post it, but here is a small collage, any suggestions or comments are appreciated :) I already think some parts of the gun need to be made a tad thicker, but other than that :)

That's pretty nice. The animations for the previous Broomhandle could be used, no?

The handle could stand to be a little rounder and the body a little thicker, I think...

It could deffinitely stand to benefit from a really nice skin.

yah, im pretty happy with what came out, though i didnt know about a previous broomhandle? where can i get it to take a gander at it..

ps. i just made the whole thing a bit thiker, but i dont think the handle matters much? seeing as its being held most of th time

if anyone would like to help me do this, im more than willing to send you the model, and some links to references if anyone wants, helping me skin/mesh/animate that is :) seeing as i have no skill in either areas.

There's an edit button under every one of your posts, on the right, for future reference. ;)

Is the e-mail address in your account info the right one? I can e-mail you the old Mauser. It's 1.06 megs ZIP'ed.

Way too boxy, it looks like you use the line tool then extruded on a lot of parts.

its supposed to be like that :) and i in the 3d window of milkshape i have it on the flat render, so its not all smooth and shtuff, but yah, email is palatin@comcast.net plz send me old mauser, i would like a look at it and see what my model needs...and btw mike, this is my first model, so...it isnt gonna be a masterpeice or anything, but i appreciate the comments/criticism Sp!??

and just so ya know, i pretty much used boxes for this, as that was the easiest thing to do atm, except for the barrel of course :)
