I got better pictures of the carabine

BTW The scoped carabine must be really unprecise!

The scoped Carbine, the M3. Was used with an early nightvision type scope. The scope itself was very heavy, and if they put it on any other weapon at the time it would of weighed more than well, uhh enough to make sniping sniping uneffective. Plus the nightvision only worked out to a certain yardage, too close for the Garand and O3. So because of weight, and effetive range they put the scope on the Carbine.

And M1 carbine's are extremely accurate out to a certain point. My Saginaw M1 Carbine can hit targets at 100 yards away, and hit softdrink cans at 50 yards away dead on, very accurate for its cartridge.
