Mugsy's HLMV 1.25 Released

So this is what stod on PHL this morning:

DoD Studios (http://www.dodstudios.net/) is hosting version 1.25 of Mugsy’s HL Model Viewer. The new version adds support for some of HL's new technology and makes a few other changes. Here are some additional details:


-Transparency of Blue/Red texture elements in model preview

-Marking of transparent textures for easy editing

-Showing of Events (i.e. WAV files played with xxx animation)

-Number of Frames in the selected animation

-How many Blends

-FPS of the current animation selected

What about viewing the origins of weapons? Can this be included?

Opening Dod all the time is tedious.

theres one problem with it. if you open it and look at a model, i dont no, the textures look like 256 color, i went back to 1.24 and it looks like decent 16 bit color. look for urself :confused:

Half-Life skins and textures are 256 colors. I'd beat myself with a stick if HL suddenly supported 16 and 32-bit colors :p . Or your videocard is tripping, I dont know...

can anybody explain me how to use the transpareacy option??? i can't make it work...

You have to set the flag then save the model and re-load it to see your changes.

You dont have to do that in my version :p
