Mapping noob needs help!

Hi guys, I've gotten this far without bothering you with my troubles, but this time I really need your help. When I finished my map and tried to compile it I get the error message:
Error: Can't open sniperv1.p0
sniperv1 being my map name obviously.
Can you help me?

basically make sure you run CSG then BSP then VIS then RAD, IN THAT ORDER.
