WIP - Polygon's Garand Reskin

I took the skin off of my most recent garand reskin and am currently putting it on Polygon's Garand Model, because I like the smaller sights on his.

The wood texture moves over perfectly, the only problem is that there's some misalignments in the metal. I thought they'd be the same, because while comparing the metal textures of his and mine they looked identical.

Here's the link to the V_model so if anyone who has Milkshape or 3dsmax knows how to fix these little texture alignment problems, could fix it and re-upload it, I'd appreciate it! :D

Long time no see dillinger, heard you got banned or summat?

Anyway, very nice skin. The link for the V_model though seems te be out as it says the site is unavailable.

Then again could jus be my PC. Anyway, keep up the great work mate.

I was banned for arguing with Shellshock about some things for a few days, but it's all water under the bridge now. :)

Yeah! You fixed that one, but on the back of the aiming sights, it should have a black line running up to the sight in the middle, you can see it at the base, but that part of the texture is screwy.

GJ fixing the other part though! :D

i dont really notice it so i ll just use it anyways :D
if you do manage to fix this up and release again, can u pls put glimsharp's reload anims on it like the other garand? :D

Yeah! I am planning to add Glim's reload animations to this one as well, as soon as I fix the texture thing, even though it's really not that noticeable. :)

i dont think the average dod gamer (that means hasnt got a clue to model or skin) can notice that dillenger

About five people here model everything on their own, about six skin everything on their own, the rest is just hacks, slashes, and edits of what they do.

Sorry about that! Just went off of what it said in the readme with the model. Just said "M1 Garand by Polygon".
