Does anyone know how to do the Dod_forest Waterfall

I think ive figured it out but not entirely sure cuz, what i have done is taken the beautiful texture in teh dod_forest, and made the brush a conveyor so the texture moves. yet i cant move through it so there is my problem. If u know how can u please help me out
