The new download system sucks.

When you click on download it takes you to another site with a lot of annoying pop-ups.

Then when i clicked on a mirror to download, it took a lot longer for the download to begin. When it did begin downloading, i got a download rate of 7 bits per second. I usually get at least 80 bps.

Needless to say, i cancelled the download. I hope dod editing center sees the error of their ways. They have the best collection of skins.

Yeah, downloading is a pain now, and nobody likes pop-ups, but if it means getting the bandwidth you need, then I guess it's for the best.

Yeah, im sorry about that. But theres nothing I can do. We just use too much resources if we use the way we did.

Bewis, did you click on the 56k mirror? Thats locked at 7kbs, try one of the high speed mirrors.

The Picture links seem to be down for some of the US knives. other than that i think everything works fine.

used one of the bottom two ftp servers to download a model and the speed was up into the megabits. not too bad at all.
